Vestas Wind Systems, employee share scheme and warrant program in Vestas Wind Systems A/S

The Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems A/S has decided to offer up to 800,000 new shares to the 
employees in the group. The offer price will be DKK 60. Further, the Board of Directors has formally approved 
a warrant program for the Board of Directors, Board of Management and key employees of the company and 
Man. Directors of the company's subsidiaries. The warrant program confers the right to subscribe for a total of 
132,000 shares against cash payment of an amount per share of DKK 114.
