Vestas Wind Systems, Gamesa and Vestas terminate technology transfer agreement

As of 9 December 2003 Vestas Wind Systems A/S and Gamesa Eólica S.A. have entered agreement concerning an early termination of the technology transfer agreement, entered by the parties following the sale of Vestas' 40% share in Gamesa Eólica S.A. in 2001.
