Vestas Wind Systems, registered directed placement

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 1,011,803 new shares of DKK 1 to listing in ISIN DK001026860-6, Vestas Wind Systems with effect from 23 April 2004. The listed shares will amount to a nominal DKK 1,011,803.

The new shares are issued against payment in shares in NEG Micon as a consequence of the mandatory share exchange offer of 12 March 2004 made by Vestas Wind Systems.
