Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas receives large order for the Australian market

The Vestas Group has received a turnkey contract for deliveries to the Lake Bonney Wind Farm project in Australia. The contract comprises 46 units of V66-1.75 MW turbines, remote monitoring system, foundations, electrical and civil infrastructure as well as operation and maintenance of the power plant. The project is scheduled for completion in the beginning of 2005. The contract, which has a value to Vestas of more than mEUR 65, does not influence the Vestas Group’s expectations for year 2003.
