Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas receives large orders for the Italian market

The Vestas Group has received orders for the supply of a total of 35 units of the V80-2.0 MW wind turbines for the Italian market. The orders have been awarded by a joint venture between the Italian developer Fri-EL GreenPower and companies of the EDF Group from France. The turbines will be delivered in 2004 and 2005.The orders do not influence the Vestas Group's expectations for 2004.
