Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas receives large V80 order for the German market

The Vestas Group's German subsidiary has from Gesellschaft für Handel und Finanz mbH, GHF, received an order for 35 units of the V80-2.0 MW wind turbines. The turbines will be delivered during 2002-2003 and will be placed in wind farms located in Beeskow/Brandenburg and Sallgast/Saxony. The contract, which has a value to Vestas of around mEUR 60, does not influence the Vestas Group's expectations for year 2002-2003.
