Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas receives order for 70 MW in Spain

The Vestas Group has received an order from the Spanish wind farm developer, Generaciones Especiales I, S.L. The order is for a total of 39 units of the V90-1.8 MW wind turbine for two wind power projects in Spain. The order includes supply and commissioning of the turbines as well as a VestasOnline remote monitoring system and a service agreement. Delivery of the turbines will begin in the autumn of 2006, and commissioning is planned to take place from the beginning of 2007.
