Vestas Wind Systems, Vestas receives turnkey contracts for Portugal

The Vestas Group has received turnkey contracts for a total of 34 MW with options for supply of additional 24 MW to the central region of Portugal. The orders are placed by Enersis SGPS, S.A., the largest Portuguese wind energy developer, and Enernova - Novas Energias, S.A., the second largest wind energy developer in Portugal. The value of the orders is more than mEUR 57 if the options are fully utilised. The orders do not influence the Vestas Group's expectations for year 2003.
