Change in number of shares and votes in Nordic Entertainment Group

As previously announced, Nordic Entertainment Group (“NENT Group") issued 10,600,000 new Class B shares during February 2021, and the number of shares and votes in NENT Group therefore increased by 10,600,000.

As at 26 February 2021, the total number of NENT Group shares is 78,442,244 (of which, 532,572 Class A shares, 77,439,153 Class B shares and 470,519 Class C shares), and the total number of votes is 83,235,392. The total amount of shares includes 24,199 Class B shares and 470,519 Class C shares that are held in treasury by NENT Group.
