Henrik Clausen steps down as NENT Group Non-executive Board Director

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group), the Nordic region’s leading streaming company, today announces that Henrik Clausen is stepping down from his position as a NENT Group Non-executive Board Director with immediate effect. This follows his appointment as CEO of TDC Group, which is one of NENT Group’s key distribution partners. The NENT Group Nomination Committee, which is comprised of a number of the Group’s largest shareholders, has already been in discussion with prospective candidates to join the Board, and will also make its proposals for the election of Directors to the NENT Group Board ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2020.
