Announcement of change in total number of shares and votes in Victoria Park

In December 2017, the number of shares and votes in Victoria Park has changed due to employees exercising warrants in accordance with a warrant programme approved on 23 April 2015. The total number of shares in Victoria Park AB (publ) has increased by 2,777,500 Class B ordinary shares and 277,750 votes as a result of the warrants being exercised.

In December 2017, the number of votes and the distribution between Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares respectively in Victoria Park AB (publ) also changed due to the conversion of Class A ordinary shares to Class B ordinary shares. The number of Class A ordinary shares has decreased by 210,000. The number of Class B ordinary shares has increased by the same number. This means the number of votes has decreased by 189,000 as a result of the conversion.

The total number of shares at 29 December 2017 amounts to 243,906,359, of which 78,057,379 ordinary shares of Class A, 164,816,933 ordinary shares of Class B, and 1,032,047 preference shares, with a total number of votes of 94,642,277.
