D. Carnegie & Co acquires two properties from HSB Stockholm

D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) (”D. Carnegie & Co” or the “Company”) purchases two properties from HSB Stockholm (“HSB”) for an underlying property value of approximately SEK 59 m.

The Company has, through its subsidiary Bromsten Fastighetsförvaltning AB, entered into an agreement to acquire Bredbyplan Fastighets AB and Bredbyplan Garage AB from HSB and thereby indirectly the leasehold rights Stockholm Kvarnen 1 and Stockholm Vattenkvarnen 1. The Acquisition is subject to approval by HSB Stockholms Board of Directors. Completion is scheduled for June 2, 2014.

“We are very pleased increase our holdings in Rinkeby, where we already owns around 1,000 apartments. We intend to gradually refurbish the properties to new construction standard through are established method Bosystem”.
