D. Carnegie & Co focuses purely on residential properties – sells Vårberg Centrum

D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) - listed on Nasdaq Stockholm - has sold its 60% stake in Vårberg Centrum and is thereby focused purely on residential properties, primarily in the Stockholm region. The transaction has been carried out through the sale of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 210 million. 

“Within a short period of time we have sold those holdings that are not part of our core business. Our focus now lies on creating further value by developing and renovating our residential properties in the Stockholm region or within commuting distance to the capital city,” says Ulf Nilsson CEO of D. Carnegie & Co.

Vårberg Centrum has been bought by A Group Of Retail Assets Sweden AB. Payment is in the form of 1,920,000 Class B shares in A Group Of Retail Assets Sweden AB.
