Chicago, IL-August 27, 2010 - Chicago based, Hot Dog University will open a new campus in Scottsdale, AZ this September. This two day program will be offered once a month, beginning with its first class on September 8/9.

Hot Dog University is a unique program offered by the Vienna Beef Company. This course is designed to guide people in their quest to open successful businesses in the food service industry. The program is delivered using classroom instruction and hands-on, "Behind-the-Cart" training. This is a rare opportunity to learn shared knowledge and trade secrets for success in today's business world. Class sizes are limited to offer personal attention. Students are trained using state of the art equipment.
