A spectacular view of the kings of the Dolomites, the mighty Sciliar, Sassolungo, the Geisler peaks, and the legendary Catinaccio: ADLER Lodge Ritten is located near Bolzano in the midst of unique natural environments and offers its guests pure peace and relaxation, combined with culinary highlights. Reliable refrigeration technology plays a considerable role in the success of the numerous culinary delights. Since spring 2019, a total of 8 cold and freezer rooms from Viessmann have been ensuring perfect refrigeration. All of them are TectoCell Standard Plus models, as with this model the highest hygienic requirements as well as energy efficiency can be met.    

"We have in total eight cold rooms from Viessmann, which are all running well. They are easy to operate, easy to clean, and offer enough space to work professionally. We would choose the same products again at any time" explains Hannes Pignater, Head Chef in ADLER Lodge Ritten, happily.

Ultimately, everything is being delivered on schedule.
