Vigmed AB sign distribution agreements for Spain and Portugal with companies in the Werfen Group
Vigmed AB follow their strategic partnership initiative and sign exclusive distribution agreements for Spain with Izasa Hospital and for Portugal with Medicinália-Cormédica, both members of the Werfen Group. Izasa Hospital is the foremost distributor organisation to the Spanish hospital sector, whilst Medicinália-Cormedica is one of the primary distributors to the Critical Care Market in Portugal.
The Werfen Group is a Barcelona based, multi-national medical technology company. As with Vigmed’s other partnership agreements, this will be the start of a close sales, marketing and development cooperation with Izasa Hospital and Medicinália-Cormédica.

The joint product launch in Spain is expected to take place in May of this year, with Portugal following on in June. Deliveries to customers are expected to be made from quarter three onwards.
