TRANSATLANTIC: NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AT TRANSATLANTIC
Transatlantic's current CFO Hans Carlweitz will leave the company at the end of October at his own request.
Stefan Eliasson, 46, current Head of Transatlantic's Offshore/Icebreaking business area, has been appointed at the new CFO. Stefan Eliasson, who has been employed by the Group since 2000, will assume his new positions on October 1.
- "After a long period of commendable service, we fully support Hans Carlweitz's decision to exercise his agreed pension entitlement. In Stefan Eliasson we have an excellent successor, who is also a former chief financial officer for the Group," says Transatlantic's President Håkan Larsson.
