TRANSATLANTIC: RECORD EARNINGS FOR VIKING VESSELS
TransViking, which is 50-percent owned by Rederi AB Transatlantic, has secured a transport assignment for one of its offshore vessels, Vidar Viking, with daily earnings of SEK 1.8 M. The daily rate is the highest achieved to date in the North Sea market
"In recent months, we have noted several record rates, which is not only a sign of an extremely strong market, but also confirmation that our vessels have been well received in this market," says Transatlantic's President Håkan Larsson.
