TransAtlantic divests MultiDocker to Skärdgårdshavet AB

Percy Österström, Senior Vice President at TransAtlantic’s business area Industrial Shipping, has decided to leave TransAtlantic in order to be fully engaged in operations connected to Skärgårdshavet AB, fully owned by Percy Österström.

The TransAtlantic Annual General Meeting, taking place April 27, 2012, approved to sell all of their shares in MultiDocker to Skärgårdshavet AB, according to agreement and in line with an option that was made in connection with TransAtlantic’s acquisition of Österströms International AB last year. MultiDocker is now a daughter company to, and 100% owned by Skärdgårdshavet AB.

Percy Österström was previously CEO and owner of Österströms Rederi AB. He has the last few months worked with developing and strengthening customer relations within TransAtlantic’s business area Industrial Shipping. He has also been a member of the Board for the business area.

When Percy Österström now leaves his assignment, TransAtlantic would like to thank him for excellent cooperation, wishing him all the best for the future.
