In connection with the distribution of Rederi AB TransAtlantic’s Q3 report 2013, a separate financial report is published on Viking Supply Ships, one of TransAtlantic’s business areas and also a fully owned daughter company. Viking Supply Ships has issued a 5 year senior unsecured bond loan totaling NOK 385 M and a 15 month senior unsecured bond loan totaling NOK 100 M in the Norwegian capital market. The bonds are listed on Oslo ABM.

Summary of events

  • Total revenue for Q3 2013 was NOK 301 M (279), with EBITDA of NOK 133 M (109).
  • Total revenue year to date 2013 was NOK 748 M (690), with EBITDA of NOK 225 M (161).
  • The average fixture rate for the AHTS fleet year to date 2013 was NOK 322,000 (305,000) and GBP 11,500 (10,700) for the PSV-fleet.
  • The average utilization for the AHTS fleet year to date was 72 % (68) and 79 % (76) for the PSV-fleet.
