Tech Firm Celebrates 48% Growth Through Employee Culture, Acquisitions, And Leveraging Finnish Roots

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Just one year after their acquisition of Scottsdale-based Vuria, Vincit USA continues to strengthen its roots in America with the addition of 34 new employees in 2021 with intent to bring on 25 additional team members in 2022. Nationally recognized for their progressive work culture, the software development company’s rapid growth and retention is partially attributed to their counterparts in Finland where the company was founded.

Vincit USA also recently ranked on this year’s Inc. 5000 list of Most Successful Companies in America for the second year in a row, showing their continued growth. The team has nearly doubled since the beginning of the year, with a 47.8% growth rate from the past.

The acquisition of Vuria played a huge part in the rapid growth Vincit experienced in the last year. The website design and mobile app development firm based in Phoenix expanded Vincit’s operations into Arizona entering the growing tech boom in the state. Vincit’s increased focus on recruiting contributed to their ranking on the Inc. 5000 list, showing the value of their hiring efforts.

“Thanks to our Finnish counterparts, we’ve seen the value in numbers that having a strong team can bring,” said Ville Houttu, CEO of Vincit USA. “We made it a point during the expansion to bring on talented individuals prepared for any challenge our clients throw at us. Our new hires have done exactly that, all while teaching us a thing or two.”

Nationally recognized for their progressive work culture, Vincit focuses on providing resources for employees to succeed and gives them opportunities to expand their horizons. The new employees join 800+ professionals globally in Arizona, California, Finland, Poland, and Switzerland. Since its creation in 2007, Vincit has developed top-of-the-line innovative digital solutions and mobile apps for a wide variety of clients, including Yamaha, Kellogg’s, GE, Nokia and more. Driven by employee and customer happiness, Vincit employs the “do as you would” philosophy in all aspects of business.

Vincit’s “CEO of the Day” program is one tangible example of their efforts to provide employees with the ability to create high level change in their roles. The initiative gives one employee the power to make a company-wide change for the better and has resulted in Vincit providing equipment to ease the work from home transition as well as providing mental health support during these uncertain times.
