Change in number of shares and votes in Vitec

The number of shares and votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has changed as a result of conversion of A shares to B shares.

As of today, December 30, 2021, the total number of registered and outstanding shares is 35,046,163 divided on 2,950,000 shares of series A and 32,096,163 shares of series B. The total number of votes is 61,596,163. The share capital of SEK 3,504,616.30 remains unchanged.
