Change in number of shares and votes in Vitec

The number of shares and votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has changed as a result of the conversion of a convertible debenture.

On June 3, 2022, the convertible debenture 2006 was converted.  The convertible debenture 2006 was issued in connection with the acquisition of Appva AB. As of today, June 30, 2022 the total number of registered and outstanding shares is 35 079 496 divided on 2,950,000 shares of series A and 32 129 496 shares of series B. The total number of votes is 61 629 496. The share capital is SEK 3 507 949,60.
