Increased number of shares and votes in Vitec

The number of shares and votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has increased as a result of the directed issue of 2,000,000 shares of series B that the company carried out August 25, 2021.

As of today, the total number of registered and outstanding shares is 35,033,902, divided on 3,050,000 shares of series A and 31,983,902 shares of series B. The number of votes has increased with 2,000,000 from 60,483,902 to 62,483,902. The share capital has increased from SEK 3,303,390.20 to SEK 3,503,390.20.
