Nordea Small Cap Fund increases in Vitec
The sale, which is jointly made by Lars Stenlund and Olov Sandberg, amounts to 500,000 B shares. After reclassification and sales, the sum of the two main shareholders voting in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) is 52.3 %, compared with the previous 56.3 % before reclassification and sales.
