Olle Backman new CEO of Vitec Software Group AB, Lars Stenlund proposed as new Chairman of the Board
The Board of Directors of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has appointed Olle Backman as the new CEO. Olle Backman has been CFO of Vitec since June 2019 and before that he was CEO of the electrical installation company Eitech AB with just over 1,000 employees in Sweden. He will take over as CEO on April 29. The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of all board members and the addition of Lars Stenlund, who is also proposed as the new Chairman of the Board.
