Vitec expands its loan facility

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) expands its loan facility in Nordea and SEB with SEK 500 million to SEK 1,500 million.

“Through the loan facility, we secure capital that allows us to continue our long-term strategy to grow through acquisition of well-established vertical software companies,” says Lars Stenlund, CEO of Vitec Software Group.
