Vitec postpones the Annual General Meeting to June 2020
The Board of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has decided, due to the prevailing situation regarding the coronavirus and covid-19, to postpone the Annual General Meeting to June 23, 2020. The AGM will be held at P5 Conference in Väven, Umeå.
The decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting is the result of an overall assessment. The starting point is that we want to contribute to reducing the spread of infection and protecting people in risk groups. The restrictions on foreign and domestic travel and meetings have also contributed to the decision.
– With a history of well-attended Annual General Meetings with more than 200 shareholders registered, we have a special responsibility to protect the health of our shareholders and employees, says chairman Crister Stjernfelt.
Vitec will take measures to ensure that the Annual General Meeting is conducted in accordance with recommendations from the authorities and we closely monitor the situation regarding the coronavirus and covid-19. The Annual General Meeting was originally scheduled to be held at Norrlandsoperan April 28 2020.
Vitec will send a notice to attend the Annual General Meeting no later than four weeks before the new date. The AGM will be broadcast live via our website vitecsoftware.com.
