Vitec refinances and extends its loan facility

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) signs a revolving loan facility in Nordea and SEB of SEK 1,000 million. It replaces previous facility in Nordea of SEK 500 million. With the new facility, the loan is increased by SEK 500 million.

“Through the loan facility, we secure capital that allows us to continue our strategy to grow through acquisition of well-established vertical software companies,” says Lars Stenlund, CEO of Vitec Software Group.
