Vitec’s CEO acquires 25,000 shares from the company's founder

Olle Backman, CEO of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has today signed an agreement with the company's founder and chairman of the board Lars Stenlund to acquire 25,000 B shares.

After the acquisition, Olle Backman holds 35,000 Series B shares, convertibles corresponding to 516 Series B shares and warrants for 20,000 Series B shares. Following the transaction, Lars Stenlund holds 1,470,000 Class A shares, 82,715 Class B shares and warrants for 10,000 Class B shares.
