Vitec's subsidiary Malmkroppen invests in the software company Nordkap AB
Malmkroppen AB, a wholly owned subsidiary within Vitec Software Group AB (publ), invests in the Swedish software company Nordkap AB. Vitec's ownership share after the investment amounts to 4,8%.
Nordkap offers software within Treasure Management for real estate. The company is market leader in Sweden but also has customers in Norway and Finland. Nordkap Treasury Management System gives real estate companies control over their financial position, through reports and analysis among other things.

Nordkap has that proposition, and they have already acquired a leading position in Sweden. We hope that we can contribute with knowledge about the software industry but also about the real estate industry, in which we have been active for many years,” says Patrik Fransson, CEO Malmkroppen AB.
Nordkap was founded in 2011 by Rikard Hjelm, CEO, and Sofia Holgers, Head of Product & Innovation, and today has around 20 employees. The offices are located in Stockholm and Malmö.
