Vitec Software Group AB: Nomination committee established for Vitec AGM 2018

In accordance with the decision at the Annual General Meeting of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) April 25 2017, are the Company's three largest shareholders as of August 31, 2017 offered the opportunity to appoint one member each to the Nomination Committee for the AGM 2018. In addition, is the Chairman of the Board member of the Nomination Committee. The Committee will, if appropriate, submit proposals to the AGM regarding election of chairman of the meeting, Chairman of the Board and other Board members and the auditor. The Nomination Committee also presents proposals for financial compensations for the Board members and the auditors.

The following Nomination committee has been established: 
Olov Sandberg (chairman of the committee)
Lars Stenlund
Jerker Vallbo
Crister Stjernfelt (Chairman of the board)

Together these owners represented more than 58 % of the votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) as of August 31, 2017.

The proposals from the Nomination Committee will be presented in the notice convening the AGM and on www.vitecsoftware.com. The nomination committee's term of office extends until a new Nomination Committee has been constituted, which normally takes place in September/October each year.
