Hesselberg Selects Vivicta for End‑to‑End Digital Transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Annata A365
Hesselberg has selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with the industry solution Annata A365 to modernize and unify its core business processes across sales, service, rental, supply chain and finance.
Hesselberg, a leading Nordic provider of solutions, service and equipment for industry, logistics, construction and mining, has selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Customer Engagement combined with the industry solution Annata A365, to modernize and unify its core business processes across sales, service, rental, supply chain and finance.
The implementation will be delivered by Vivicta, in close collaboration with Annata and Eye-share, establishing a long‑term strategic partnership aimed at scalability, efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
By combining standard Dynamics 365 functionality with A365´s deep industry capabilities, Hesselberg will gain a fully integrated platform covering:
- Sales and CRM processes from lead to delivery
- Machine, equipment and device lifecycle management
- Service, maintenance, warranty and claims handling
- Rental and fleet management
- Advanced supply chain and warehouse operations
- Finance, consolidation and reporting across multiple legal entities
- AI‑driven insights, automation and modern analytics
Enabling growth, efficiency and operational excellence
The new Dynamics 365 platform will form the digital backbone of Hesselberg’s operations, enabling tighter integration between business units, improved data quality and better collaboration across teams.
The implementation will support Hesselberg’s current operations in Norway and Sweden, while establishing a scalable blueprint for future growth across additional brands, entities and geographies.

Vivicta will act as the main implementation partner, supported by Annata and Eye‑share.
