5% Threshold Flagging
Bergen, Norway, July 30, 2008. Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ) has been informed by Fidelity Investment International, that aggregate holdings of the Fidelity Investments International group went below the 5% threshold.
Fidelity has notified Vizrt that, as of July 29, 2008, the number of total shares held is 3,092,105 or 4.99% of the outstanding shares of Vizrt Ltd.
