MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADES

Chairman of the board of Vizrt Ltd., Svein Ove Strømmen, has, after the closing of the stock exchange on October 22nd, through the company IsInvest AS, closed two forward contracts for a total of 316,023 shares in Vizrt.
Svein Ove Strømmen has at the same time, entered into a forward contract for 316,023 shares in Vizrt Ltd. The new forward contract matures on August 14th, 2009 with a closing forward contract price of NOK 17.9783 per Vizrt share.
Hence the total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly and indirectly by Svein Ove Strømmen, remains unchanged at 2,532,795 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction.
