Bergen, Norway, February 27, 2009, Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ) today announces that having served for over seven years as Vizrt's CFO, Ofra Brown has elected to change roles within the organisation.

Prior to joining Vizrt, Paal Tønsberg was CFO of VMETRO asa and Jøtul ASA, both listed companies based in Norway. Tønsberg's professional experience also includes six years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in auditing and transaction services. Mr. Tønsberg holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) with an additional Higher Accountant degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
