Telewizja Polska Expands Graphics and Content Visualization Capabilities with Fourth Vizrt Order
Bergen, Norway, May 16, 2006. Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard, Oslo Main List: VIZ), announces today that Telewizja Polska (TVP), the Polish public television network, has once again selected Vizrt as the sole supplier of high-end graphics and content visualization for three studios in its main center in Warsaw, as well as TAI news center and mobile graphics unit providing virtual graphics software for soccer matches and other sport events.
This is the fourth order TVP has placed with Vizrt since 2004, which will be used to expand TVP's Vizrt system. The deal amounts to more than USD 1.0 million.
TVP broadcasts three general TV channels (TVP1, TVP2 and a network of regional channels TVP3), international channel TV Polonia and a new cultural channel TV Kultura.
