On February 07 and 08, 2013, employees of Vizrt Ltd. exercised 10,000 options into shares at an exercise price of USD 0.18 per share. The options were part of the Company's Stock Option Plan. The shares are validly and legally issued and fully paid for.

 

Following the above exercise of options, the total number of shares outstanding in Vizrt Ltd. has increased to 66,819,855.
