Vizrt Informs Shareholders on Deutsche Boerse Delist Process
Bergen, Norway, October 7, 2009. Vizrt Ltd. (Oslo Main List, Frankfurt Prime Standard: VIZ)
Vizrt, a leading provider of content production tools for the digital media industry, informs its shareholders today on the process to delist its shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as first announced on May 14, 2009. The delist will be effective as of October 29, 2009, with October 28, 2009 as the last normal trading day in shares of the Company on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The trading of the shares will be continued at the Oslo Stock Exchange. Vizrt will also continue to be subject to the rules of the OSE and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act 2007 (which implements relevant European Union regulations including MiFID, the Transparency Directive and the Takeover Directive).
Following the delist in Germany, shareholders will be able to continue trading in Vizrt shares on the Oslo Main List. The Company has been adviced that no action is necessary by shareholders regarding the migration of shares to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
