Vizrt Ltd. today announced the appointment of Mr. Tomer Wald (38) as the new CFO of the Company, effective as of February 15, 2013. Tomer has been with Vizrt since 2007, initially in the position of Corporate Controller and over the past two years as VP Finance. Tomer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Accounting & Economics from Bar Ilan University, and a MBA, with a major in finance, from Tel Aviv University. Martin Burkhalter, the CEO of Vizrt, stated: "I am pleased to announce that we, with Tomer Wald, will get a well-qualified and experienced professional as our new CFO. Tomer will be a great addition to our corporate management team, and the fact that he as been with Vizrt for the last 5 years guarantees for a smooth transition and continuation of our operations."

After having served as Vizrt's CFO for almost twelve years, Ms. Ofra Brown has chosen to change roles within the organization, seeking new professional challenges. Ofra will take on the role as the Secretary and Officer for Corporate Affairs and she will continue to be a member of the corporate management team, reporting to the CEO.

"I am very pleased that Ofra has agreed to take on this new role. With Ofra's wealth of experience and knowledge of all aspects of Vizrt's business, she will continue to add great value in helping us reaching our ambitious growth targets. Ofra will of course be pivotal in securing a seamless handover of her former duties and responsibilities to the new CFO," commented Martin Burkhalter.
