Vizrt Mandatory Notification of Trades

Bergen, Norway, August 17, 2009 Vizrt Ltd. (Oslo Main List, Frankfurt Prime Standard: VIZ, ISIN: IL0010838154), Chairman of the board of Vizrt Ltd., Svein Ove Strømmen, has, after the closing of the stock exchange on August 14th, extended a forward contract for a total of 316.023 shares in Vizrt. The new forward contract matures on November 16th, 2009 with a closing forward contract price of NOK 15.1219 per Vizrt share.

At the same time, Bjarne Berg, CEO of Vizrt Ltd., has extended a forward contract for 141.000 shares in Vizrt Ltd. with delivery of the shares on November 16th, 2009, at a price of NOK 15.1219 per Vizrt per share.

Following this transaction, the total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly by Bjarne Berg, and indirectly through Montanus Holding AS, remains unchanged at 1,957,476 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction.
