It is our pleasure to invite you to attend Vizrt’s annual Capital Markets Day, to be held on September 12, 2014. This year`s Capital Markets Day coincides with the broadcast industry`s largest conference and trade fair in Europe, IBC 2014, in Amsterdam, at the RAI exhibition centre, where Vizrt is exhibiting in hall 7, booth A10.

The day will start at the Okura hotel, where management will provide an overview of the business and Vizrt’s positioning in the broadcast technology landscape. Additionally, there will be a presentation by Joshua Stinehour from independent research firm Devoncroft, who will provide insight into the changing landscape of the broadcast industry. Mr. Stinehour previously was Managing Director at investment bank Silverwood Partners, and is a recognized industry expert in digital media technology strategy and a frequent presenter at conferences and trade shows.

Management will discuss how Vizrt’s expanding product offering is aimed at addressing this changing landscape, and how the Company intends to continue its growth in the future.

Following presentations and lunch, we will relocate to IBC, where we will provide a guided tour of our booth, offering participants to see Vizrt’s products in action. Furthermore, there will be an opportunity to experience IBC and gather more information on the industry.
