Bergen, Norway, December 28, 2012. Vizrt Ltd. (Oslo Main List: VIZ)

Vizrt Ltd. announced today a deal worth USD 327,500 for the implementation of broadcast graphics products with a television station in South America. The television station is a new Vizrt customer who has purchased a complete workflow in the newsroom, control room and master control.

In the newsroom, journalists will manage all of their graphic content through Viz Content Pilot templates in their newsroom control system. The journalists will not only access graphic templates, but maps are also created in Viz Content Pilot through the integration with Viz World. Once the graphic templates have been modified, the journalists will then create a MOS playlist of the content to go to air in the control room.

The editing staff has access to graphic templates in their editing systems with the Viz NLE plugin. Editors choose templates, edit content and place the graphics on the timeline while editing.

In the control room, Viz Trio, Vizrt's real-time character generator (CG), will allow CG operators to control the MOS playlist and trigger graphics to air in real-time.

Viz Multichannel will control branding and program information on the station's multiple channels. Playlists for Viz Multichannel are created by the station's traffic department and then Viz Multichannel is triggered by the station's automation system.

Preview of graphics in the newsroom and all the graphics coming from the control room and master control are rendered by the Viz Engine, Vizrt's real-time 3D compositing engine.
