Corporate reconstruction in VKG subsidiary Solina completed – district court decides on return to normal operations today

A clear majority of the creditors in Solina Bergenergi AB have accepted the proposed composition of SEK 10,000 and 40% of the remaining claim. As a result, the district court passed a decision today to cancel the reconstruction and for the company to resume normal operations.

On 4 February 2008, Solina Bergenergi AB initiated a corporate reconstruction as a consequence of the corporate reconstruction in its parent company Värmekyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB.

The corporate reconstruction in the parent company was completed on 25 April this year. During the spring, VKG raised a total of approximately SEK 48.8 million through new share issues.
