As a consequence, we now own, including the shares owned by our subsidiaries Vodafone Investments Limited, Vodafone Europe B.V. and Vodafone International Holdings B.V., a total of 372,513,489 shares which together represent approximately 90.4 per cent. of the total number of shares and votes in Europolitan Vodafone AB (publ) on a fully diluted basis.
