Resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting in Volati AB (publ)

At the extraordinary general meeting in Volati AB (publ) held on 20 September 2021 it was resolved to approve a warrant program in Salix Group AB.

Warrant program in Salix Group AB
The general meeting resolved to approve a proposed warrant program in Salix Group AB's (“Salix Group”) under which Salix Group offers its CEO to subscribe for warrants in Salix Group. The right to subscribe may, subject to approval by Salix, also take place through a wholly owned company of the participant. The general meeting also resolved to approve Salix Group’s resolution to carry out a directed issue of a maximum of 831,863 warrants to the CEO under the warrant program. Furthermore, the CEO of Salix Group will acquire 281,295 shares in Salix Group, corresponding to approximately 0.3 per cent of the total number of shares in Salix Group, from Volati AB (publ), for a share price corresponding to the underlying valuation of the warrant price.
