Volati continues its growth with the acquisition of Beneli AB
Volati has acquired all of the shares in Beneli AB. The acquisition is an add-on acquisition for the Industry business area and the Ettiketto business unit. Beneli reported sales of SEK 156 million in 2019. The acquisition of Beneli is Volati's sixth add-on acquisition since 2019.

They reinforce the business units’ market positions and add further value through synergies. In Beneli AB we are acquiring a well-managed company with a diversified product portfolio and a market-leading position in value-added graphic labels and in the smart labels for medical applications niche,” says Nicklas Margård, Head of Business Area Industry.
Beneli is a profitable family company in Helsingborg, founded in 1991. The company develops, manufactures and sells self-adhesive labels for both consumer goods and industrial products. The company also has a unique position within medical labels placed on the skin for monitoring and diagnostics in health care.
“The acquisition of Beneli means that we strengthen our existing offering within self-adhesive labels and broaden our business to more advanced product categories. The acquisition fits well into Ettiketto’s strategy of continued growth and will contribute to an even stronger platform as a comprehensive supplier of label solutions,” says Nicklas Margård.
The acquisition has been financed through Volati’s existing credit facilities and the company will be consolidated from end of June 2020. The acquisition is not expected to have any significant impact on Volati’s earnings for 2020.
