Volati postpones AGM until 25 June

Volati has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday 6 May 2020 in Stockholm. The new date for the AGM is Thursday 25 June 2020 in Stockholm. The reason for Volati’s AGM postponement is the Swedish Government’s decision to ban public gatherings and public events with more than 50 people, which is guiding also for other types of gatherings. Volati will come back with an Annual General Meeting notice no later than four weeks before the new meeting date.
