Volvo Car UK and BASF Coatings UK Ltd sign three-year partnership
16 February 2026 - Volvo Car UK and BASF Coatings have renewed their partnership for a further three years, with Volvo Car UK appointing BASF as preferred paint coatings supplier for its UK Approved Bodyshop Network.

BASF Coatings, a leading provider of premium automotive refinish solutions in the UK, will continue to supply Volvo’s Approved Bodyshop Network with its premium paint brands Glasurit and R-M through its distribution channels. The partnership will also mean that Volvo Approved bodyshops can benefit from technical support and training, enabling them to carry out repairs in line with Volvo repair methods whilst maintaining a high-quality refinish process.

Volvo Car UK Ltd has 78 Approved Body Repair Centres in the UK, aligned to each of its retailer sites who are geographically located across the UK. The Volvo Approved Bodyshop Network is equipped to provide Volvo customers with car damage repair services whilst meeting a range of comprehensive standards.
