12th July 2006 - London, UK: Warner Music Sweden (WMS) and Warner Chappell Music Scandinavia (WCMS) today announced the acquisition of Mariann, a Swedish recording and publishing company with rights to over 8,500 master tracks and 1,150 copyrights.
